Villa Elia Treasure Beach Jamaica Wedding | Soriah & Kyle
In the most tranquil and beautiful setting possible, Kyle & Soriah’s Villa Elia Treasure Beach Jamaica Wedding was nothing short of breathtaking! With the backdrop of the warm deep blue Caribbean Sea, the day was certainly perfect for a wedding. Kyle and Soriah journey from London to Jamaica with their friends and family to celebrate their special day!
How they met…
Kyle and Soriah met on an online dating site – his first ever online date. They went for a lovely meal in Greenwich followed by a drink in a quaint beer garden. Soriah recalls how Kyle instantly caught her attention with his lovely green eyes. She recalls how safe he makes her feel and the fact that he is a genuine person with a good heart. She knew he was the one. In her words “I knew Kyle was the man I wanted to share my life with because he is a devoted father and a supportive partner and my best friend. We have shared lots of sunshine together but he’s always there by my side on rainy days too… and no matter what I can rely on him to always try his best by my side. He is my soul mate!” Kyle remembers how Soriah blew his mind at first sight!…Â “I saw a genuine soul & beauty that I have never seen in any body which made me feel special and amazing. She saw things about me no other could and it is still the same till this day. As soon as we met we instantly connected almost perfectly and we shared all the same interests such as traveling, films and intellectual discussions. A true ride or die!” Now that’s a beautiful love story!
The Wedding Day!Â
I journeyed to Villa Elia Treasure Beach not knowing what to expect. I had never met Soriah or Kyle before despite our numerous emails and telephone conversations. when we met it was as if we had known each other all our lives. They really are a great couple and their love for each other shines through effortlessly. I arrived at Villa Elia at approximately 11:30 a.m. – just in time to catch Soriah getting her hair done. I quickly got to work and documented the details and the preparations. At around 1 p.m. I went to Kyle and the boys over at Sunset Resort and Villas to document their prep. Kyle was so eager for the wedding that he was already fully dressed at 12:00 p.m. for a 3:00 p.m. ceremony! Nonetheless we captured some amazing shots.
As the ceremony approached, Soriah was visibly anxious and nervous. Her beautiful bridesmaids did a great job helping her to mentally prepare for her special moment. Her mother was extremely emotional and it was so contagious as at one point everyone was shedding tears of joy. Such beautiful moments unfolding before my camera. I was overjoyed!
The ceremony was short and spicy. The officiant did an exceptional job and made it very interesting all the way through. Once we completed the ceremony we were off the racers for the formals on the rocky beach below the Villa. The girls and guys were all fantastic as we got through the photos in a breeze – just in time to make it back to the reception in time.
I had an amazing time documenting the love of Soriah and Kyle on their beautiful Villa Elia Treasure Beach Jamaica wedding day! I truly hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed creating them!
One Love!
