A first look is a new tradition where the bride and groom see each other for the first time before their wedding ceremony. This can be an intimate affair that only involves just the bride and groom with their photographer, or it can involve their closest family and friends to witness this special occasion. The first look allows you the bride and groom to bask in the moment and fully take in the emotions that are overflowing in the moment.

It is the time you get to release all the built up tension and anxiety and unleash your emotions with each other. It allows you to be open and free, and of course comfortable for what is to come!

Believe it or not, the only time you will get to spend quality time together alone on your wedding is when the day is over. Throughout the day you will be surrounded by your family, your friends, and your wedding vendors. You will barely have time for yourself, much less each other! The first look gives you that opportunity to be together – alone – in your own little world – soaking each other in before the chaos and excitement begins.
