Club RIU Ocho Rios Wedding | Sandra & Shamari
Sandra and Shamari made it official at their Club RIU Ocho Rios Wedding.
Their wedding was a celebration of not only the deepest love, but the long journey they have travelled to be together. Sandra, the bride, born and raised in Poland always longed to make a difference in the world and help people in need. Shamari, the groom, dedicated Jamaican football player, did not expect to fall in love with someone living on a distant continent. Yet, love knows no distance, has no limitations… and destiny brought them together — to their RIU Ocho Rios Wedding in Jamaica.
They had one thing in common-they both loved helping others. Sandra volunteered to help school children while Shamari spent his afternoon coaching them to play ball. Shamari could not take his eyes off of this golden locks girl struggling to learn Patois. They began talking… and talked… and talked… and never wanted to stop. Sandra admired Jamaica and its people and kept travelling long miles to see her future husband. A year and half later, during a beautiful New Year’s Eve party at Riu Ocho Rios Hotel, Shamari popped the big question and Sandra could not have been happier.
Bringing two cultures together was not an easy task. They differed on every level, disagreed on many topics, and most of all, lived on two different ends of the world. Their recipe for success is trust in their love, support for each other, and determination to always believe what’s in their hearts, despite the many obstacles they faced to be together. Today, they celebrated with a motto in the hearts, ONE PEOPLE; ONE LOVE. Their families and friends connected and excited to witness this magical moment, made Shamari and Sandra the happiest and most thankful married couple. Their reception took place at oceanfront Bamboo Blu Restaurant where they were able to treat their guests to European Elegance with authentic Jamaican cuisine and a real Caribbean vybe.
Do enjoy!
